We spent one night here on a weekend and enjoyed our stay. We had a king bed and it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The heating/cooling system was nice and we were able to set the temperature just right so that we could have a good nights rest. We were on the 4th floor, so it was very quiet. I did hear a baby cry in the next room for a few minutes but it wasn't a problem. Our room faced a busy street but we never heard the traffic. There were plenty of pillows, a big tv and a sleeper sofa which we didn't use. The only thing I didn't love was that the sink & mirror are inside the bathroom, which can make getting ready difficult with a family, but since there were only 2 of us it wasn't a problem. I'm not sure if the set up is the same rooms with more beds. Internet was easy to use.
The weekend rate was very reasonable and we paid just a little more for the breakfast buffet. It added about $5 to our room fee for a meal that would have been $7.95 each. It was excellent. There were scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, fruit, oatmeal, and the rest of the basics you usually have with a hotel breakfast. You could also have a waffle (no extra charge) made for you or an omelet (extra). We never used the pool area or exercise room, but they looked well maintained. There were fire pits on the patio that many of guests were enjoying. Access was easy from the interstate but far enough away to avoid the noise. Great location.

I go to Boise to see family members from time to time, and prefer to stay in a hotel so not to disrupt children's routines. I've stayed at different hotels, and this was my first experience with Courtyard. It won't be my last. Even though the hotel was packed with a meeting AND a wedding, every member of the staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. My room was QUIET (even more so than my house), and Housekeeping had done a meticulous job. The bed was very comfortable, too. Their "market" for snacks was very pricey (higher than most places) and room service is always purchased at a premium. But the food was very good and prompt. And if you dont want to pay those prices, there are a wide variety of restaurants very close. I can't think of a single bad thing to say!

Stayed here the 1st weekend in October and had a pleasant time. I was on a girl’s weekend trip with some friends, for some much needed R&R.

The hotel was easy to find and has easy access to and from the freeway. Within a block walking distance there are a couple restaurants and a Moxie Java shop. (Try the Milky Way mocha)

The rooms were large and had a fridge and microwave in the room. The beds were so comfy and I loved all the extra pillows they give you.

The staff was very nice and polite, housekeeping was amazing and the bartender made some great drinks. If I can make a suggestion, I would say get an order of their fries. They were pretty tasty and you get a good size amount for one order.

Although the firepit weren’t going in the courtyard, we had a fine time sitting out there and drinking.

They do have an indoor pool, but we never got a chance to enjoy it.

When we go back, we will defiantly be staying here again.

We stay in Boise several times a year and NEVER stay anywhere except Courtyard Merriott. Their rooms are spotless and they smell wonderful, not overpowering, but clean and fresh and inviting. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever found. You almost don't want to leave the room. The staff is the greatest ever, kind considerate and professional. We travel all over the west and stayed in many top notch motels but none have been as good as this one. We try to stay at Merriotts and they are always great motels, but we like this one the best.
