Have just returned from Hampton Inn and Suites with family. General Manager John Weldon and his staff provided an outstanding first class experience for me and my family. We stayed for several nights and will do so the next time we journey to the Boise area. The facilties were great and extremely accessible. The morning breakfasts placed at our disposal by the staff, particularly Jan the hostess, were fresh and plentiful. Services by the front desk personnel and all others were exceptional. Clearly the attention to detail, the service orientation of staff, and the comforting facilites, including the gym and pool, all made our stay in the area for a week most enjoyable.

As usual, Hampton Inns are special. They're just the most comfortable and comforting facilities available.

From the first step into the lobby they did everything right. Here is a hotel management which truly believes in the phrase, "The customer is always right." The hotel was beautiful inside and out, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. LOTS of little extras to make you feel at home, such as hot soups and fresh baked cookies every evening, a real hot continental breakfast, complimentary newspapers, and a business center that did not charge guests for internet service or printing. I needed toothpaste, they had it at the front desk. I needed a stamp, they had it at the front desk. I needed my door lock reparied, it was done while I was swimming in their 24-hour pool. Wish all hotels could make it look so easy and effortless to ensure that their guests were truly taken care of in such a manner. If you are in the area, this is the hotel. And the price was unbeatable too!

Stayed for 6 days for a family event. Nice pool/hot tub, comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice and soup was served in the evening. Service at check-in was great, rest of the folks were ok.
