Great little place to stay. Fabalous bed, with crisp sheets and fluffy down comforter. Very clean with nice towels and quiet. Bathroom is a little small. Floors are laminate, with are a little chilly in the winter. Will stay again. Very friendly staff.

I stayed here on a business trip; I suspect that most guests at this location stay on ski or other tourist type trips.

What I liked: I had my own satellite box with lots of channels. It was an older tube TV, but picture quailty was good (would rather have this than a flat panel with regular-def picture). Bed was comfy. Internet was fastest I have experienced at any hotel anywhere, ever.

What I didn't like: Room was FREEZING when I first went in because heat was off. Took a while for the room to warm up. Floors were fake woodgrain laminate floors, they were hard and uncomfortable, and COLD when I first went in the room. Breakfast was okay but mediocre. Internet (although fast like I stated above) is an open network with no password, and absolutely no security. Be careful when you use it.

I've never stayed at any other hotel in Ketchum, it is hard for me to compare the value of this location compared to their competitors. The price was fair, the place was clean, overall it was okay. You get a clean partially comfortable room in a pleasant environment.

To be fair, this hotel is probably great during ski season due to its proximity to the River Run ski lift, but we were here in September. We chose it because a friend told us it had a good German restaurant, but when we arrived we learned that it had closed. There was nothing special about the room or the complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a bit rundown and dingy. There were quite a few dogs staying there, so if you're looking for a pet friendly place, this is probably a good bet.

Really can't say enough about this romantic hotel. It was charming and the staff exceedingly friendly. Loved the warm cookies in the evening and the hot breakfast in a delightful lodge-like room. The location is right at the base of the mountains-- if we'd been there to ski, we would have been very happy. Guest rooms are large and clean. Great workout room! Only downside is no restaurant, but many nearby. Walkable to downtown Ketchum. Got for it! You won't be disappointed!
