Second time in this super 8 and again no complaints. Very clean rooms, no noise problems even though there was a large bus tour group in hotel. Good breakfast with fresh waffles. Good front desk service.

I don't know how this place got any decent reviews. Our room was musty, dirty, holes in the blanket, dead bugs in the window well. The room was tiny and cramped, and we had problems using the WiFi. Also, why in the world would they have the pet friendly rooms on the THIRD floor only? It was awkward getting in and out of the place on the tiny, smelly elevator. And although they have pet rules, the people in the room next to us had 2 very large dogs (against policy) and the people left the dogs alone, causing them to howl and bark. Nothing was done about it, and the people weren't asked to leave. Too bad Idaho Falls has such a small selection of places in this price range. I think we'll go with Motel 6 on our way back - even though it got poor reviews on Tripadvisor. I can't imagine it being worse than this Super 8.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. My family enjoyed the hot tub room and sauna as well. The only odd thing I found is it is hard to navigate. There are closed doors (that look a bit like exterior doors, but are simply separating sections of the floor) throughout each floor that make it confusing and we had some difficulty finding our room. Good quality for the price. I'd happily stay there again if I was in the area.

Let me start by saying that I truly enjoy staying at Super 8's when necessary; if I do not pre-book a hotel then generally they are my first choice in hotel chains. My wife and I were on a road trip and wanted to stay at the Pocatello location which we stayed at a few days before but they were booked solid so we ventured the 30 or so minutes up to Idaho Falls; one big reason that we like Super 8's is that they are convenient, comes with some sort of breakfast, smoking is allowed (yes I do still smoke but it's not a factor to where I stay), and they take a cash deposit for the room (it's a peeve of mine to have a hotel hold or release a pre-authorization on my credit cards) ... Super 8's generally do the trick. This hotel was in a good location but I do have to say that the room was smelly; even for my smoke depleted nostrils; the bed was uncomfortable and overall the hotel could use some TLC. Furthermore, I do find it concerning that the Night Desk Clerk was chuckling about a time when he had to use a baggage dolly to put a young woman onto when she passed out on the floor drunk. Hmmm, let's just say that we slept (with one eye open), woke up early for our complimentary Super Starter Breakfast, and left.
