Friendly staff, inside hallways, easy to find of I-15. The beds were comfortable which enabled us to get a good night sleep. Starbucks is just under the freeway by Wallmart so morning Coffee was easy to access.

The new remodeled rooms were a small step up, but this place is still not that great.

Pros:
Modern European style rooms. Neat at first, but then pointless.
Price is cheap

Cons:
No Queens, so if you're over 6' tall or a big person then the beds will disappoint.
No shampoo or cleenex, or even alarm clocks ... wow they really went cheap!
No breakfast
No hot tub
The pool they do have is dumpy
Parking lot safety is questionable
The room wasn't very clean and hot long hair leftover in it.

I stayed here for a single night while on a solo road trip, and found the motel to meet my needs as a single traveler.

Upon check-in, the clerk staffing the front desk was friendly, and was able to answer a few questions about nearby amenities in a clear and helpful way.

The room I stayed in on the ground floor had recently been refurbished, and was clean. I had no complaints about the air conditioning or bedding, as some other reviewers have noted. WiFi was an extra charge, but the signal was strong in my room and the speeds were OK for regular browsing.

Check-out the next morning was quick and painless.

The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment while I was there, so my only complaint would be that the heavy equipment and fencing in the front of the building made it slightly difficult to maneuver into the parking lot. Apart from that, this was a decent one night stay, and the rate was reasonable.

Needed one night in I.F. so we didn't want to pay big bucks. Our rate was very cheap. Less than $50 for a room with two beds. Unfortunately, the room was not worth even that. The website we booked on didn't specify the beds were full size and not queen. We are a tall family and always request queens, but figured we'd deal with a cramped bed for only one night. Our room was small and very ancient looking. Also, it was shockingly dirty. It was as if the maid had only wiped down the countertops from the last guests. There was hair in the shower. But the icing on the cake was when my husband pulled down the covers of his bed, and there was black hairs on the pillow and a snickers wrapper between the sheets... Which meant the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous guests. This made me sick to my stomach and we checked out immediately. The girl at the front desk was rude and non apologetic when I told her that the sheets weren't changed. We were lucky that the Hampton nearby gave us a discounted rate on our 10pm last minute check-in, once we explained our dilemma. We will never return to this place again.
