“Decent middle class hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

person found this review helpful

My wife and I visited the Idaho Falls for a job interview within the area. Overall the hotel was pretty awesome for the price range to be honest. There was an issue getting us into our hotel on time but the manager upgraded us and we were settled and content.

The hotel is next to a couple of decent restraunts and close to the water front for easy entertainment convenience.

Parking was decent as well, and the staff was realy friendly.
Rooms were clean with crisp white sheets and towels and the noise levels were nice and low making it for an easy rest from our constant meetings everyday.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

huge room...beautiful views....OK breakfast....gym needs a facelift and new step machines...they had 3 and all of them didn't work.

“This Hotel needs help! Maybe new owners, that put some $$ into it~”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

We made the reservation on the internet direct with RLInn. Arrived at a busy checkin time and until almost all waiting were checkec in , another front desk person came to help! That was the best part of our stay! We booked an King outside entrance room, which we did get. Advertised that it had coffee in the room, which the maker was there no pot for it , no coffee, 1 cup! Oh and there was nowhere to plug it in where they had it set up either. Ok then the desk for working on your computer, it was there ,but the chair didn't roll and there was no place to plug in your computer! BTW that was the only chair in the room too. 19 " TV that should have had 80 some channels but only got 16...The remote didn't work either. It was positioned on a wooden cardtable, no chairs there either. Now we go into the bathroom, yikes all the chrome is off the fixtures in the tub and sink ! SICK. The dirt on the top of the tile in tub made you not want to even shower. Also there were more bugs on the light fixtures than on a windshield of a car after a 500 mile trip. Needless to say this place needs some very serious TLC. I know this as I owned a hotel for 19 years and would have been so embarassed to have charged for this room! I did complain and recieved a small discount, but take my word for it don't accept room 149 at this property!

“Stuck in Idaho Falls - Great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 December 2011

I was stuck in Idaho Falls for the evening and couldn't have asked for a nicer team to greet me and a nice big room to stay in. The room was only $60 and has free wifi and free breakfast buffet and comfortable beds in clean rooms. the staff were so friendly and helpful. Made the entire evening much nicer!

Room Tip: the less expensive rooms are in the pool wing, not in the main building, but they are just as nice.

“Great views, nice hotel for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

The wedge shaped rooms were large, well furnished and clean. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel had a decent breakfast buffet. We had a nice view and parking was convenient and plentiful. The river walk was really nice, and there were a lot of restaurants close by. Great location.
We came with kids, and it would have been nice to have an indoor pool, but for the price, we were pleased. We would stay here with kids again. Pet friendly, too!

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the falls.
