Rooms were clean, service was good. People at the front desk were welcoming and offered a few tidbits of local places to go. I was told I needed to wait until laundry was done the next morning. That was the only issue we had through a four day weekend, so overall I’d say accomodations were right on the price. The pool was refreshing and the location is central to just about everything you need, only 2 miles for food or less for fast food, and our meeting place for rafting only about 30 mins away.

My wife and I booked 2 nights and tried to cancel after the first, unfortunately we were denied. The outside of the rooms are very unkept. It looks as though the carpets in the hallways have not been vacuumed in a decade. After we checked in and got to our room (about 5:00 PM), we found that house keeping did not clean it yet and we had to wait an hour for them to get there. It was hard to get to sleep because we could hear and feel the bass from the pepper tree lounge in our room. Our sheets had multiple cigarette burns even though our room was non-smoking. The shower was tiny and would go ice cold then scalding hot every 30 seconds. Our towels were filthy and covered in brown spots and when I asked the front desk for more, they said I would have to wait until the next morning for housekeeping to wash some. The breakfast was a joke, they were out of everything and had no trash can, so the other guests just piled their waste on a table in the corner of the room. The only thing that this place has going for it is that it is close to everything- freeways, downtown Idaho Falls, golf.
My best advice for someone looking for a deal is pick up a hotel coupon book from Denny's and you will be able to find a better place for the same price.

We had trouble with our laptops. We didn't know if it was the hotel's internet or us. The manager came to the room and helped us out. It was quiet; the rooms were large and comfortable.
Once I smelled smoke and the staff put an end to it, promptly. Plenty of parking.

TRUST ME ..Personal at front desk outstanding, courteous, responded to our every request with out hesitation, pleasant to talk to, overall a great experience 5 star., Maid service & breakfast we have stayed in a lot of hotels/motel and the service rates the best. The bedding was like being home.‎over all the management have some good knowledge of running a hotels/motel.
