We have not stayed at an Ameritel Hotel before but we were happy with the room provided the hotel was in a nice area and we preferred Idaho Falls to Twin Falls. We walked to the river for a stroll to stretch our legs after a long drive. Nice staff and a nice stay. Take a trip to the falls as it's really beautiful.

We stayed here for one night while passing through to Montana. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We checked in right as they put out warm cookies so we had a little treat on our way to our room. I thought the breakfast was good.
We swam it the pool which was COLD. They were filling the pool while we were swimming with a hose. Brrrr. It was also strongly chlorinated.
We did not use the fitness room but it looked fantastic.

I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel. Helpful staff that quickly checked us in; a wonderful, clean room; outstanding hot breakfasts with many choices. The food was great and would probably cost $10-$12 at any local restaurant. The price was reasonable and the hotel had an indoor pool and spa. They have a workout room with color TV to watch while working out. I am not sure what they could do to improve. You should definitely make a point to stay at the Idaho Falls Spectrum when you are in the area.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way form West Yellowstone to Boise.
We paid $86 dollars and the rate included breakfast. The room was big and seemed rather new. The shower lacked a bit on the hot water but it was fine.
The room had a fridge and a microwave, The internet connection was free and worked well. They also have a laundry rooms, a pool and a business center.
The breakfast was standard, ok.
The king sized bed was very comfortable!

Bottom line: for a good price, we got a good newly decorated room and a great bed. Good Deal!
