During my two telephone conversations with hotel staff to book the room I was never told that the entire first floor was under major construction. Plastic runners and tools everywhere, dust and chemical smells is what greeted my family on our arrival. The amenities at the hotel are reduced due to the construction but the room rates are the same. There is no guest laundry as the washer and dryer are in the hallway covered with tarps. The lobby/breakfast buffet area is closed and the breakfast has been moved to a small room down the south hall. I am very disappointed with AmeriTel for not telling me about the construction and reduced amenities when I booked the room with them. This had a negative impact on our stay.

Nice new hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Used as a stopover to drive from salt lake city to yellowstone. Plenty of restaurants nearby, which gave discounts to the hotel guests. Good pool for kids.

Wife and I stayed here while visiting son in the city. We stayed total of 5 nights in early July.Room was very nice, had 2 queen beds(grandchildren stayed one night), refg, microwave, coffee pot(thank goodness), with separate bathroom facilities(sink in bathroom where it should be). Hotel staff very nice, always friendly and asked if they could be of any help. Room cleaned daily and quickly. They have indoor pool and small spa attached, did not use but many people did. Morning breakfeast of scrammbled eggs, sausage, muffins, cerals, waffles, coffee, juice, etc. Location outstanding, close to food, show, mall, and many others stores. We recommend this place very highly, make reservation. Was busy.

Very nice clean hotel with a well-rounded breakfast. No complaints. The name sounds like some horrible hotels across the country, but it is not affiliated with them.

Internet worked well, pool and spa were clean. A fridge was in the room. Very close to dining and shopping: don't try to arrive at 5pm on a weekday...lots of traffic around the shopping. But once you're in the hotel, you're good. Nice, safe location.

The front desk girl was very helpful and hard working.
