The room was okay except the refrigerator and air conditioner was very loud which made it difficult to sleep. The room was very clean, staff was friendly. They do not serve breakfast here. Pet Friendly

I made reservation online sight unseen so was really hoping I made a good choice and BOY WAS I HAPPY!!!!
We stay at hotels frequently on business when we have weekend layovers, We arrived after a very long day about 8 pm and went to check in, EXPECTING the same usual bored desk receptionist... But walked in and was greeted like they had know us for years! They were so VERY FRIENDLY ( and funny) really what I needed after the day that I had!!!!!
We travel with our small Shih-Tzu dog and were staying 3 nights, they were very nice to the dog and the charge was only $15.00 FOR THE WHOLE STAY!!!!! NOT per night!!!!
I was thrilled!
The rooms were nice sized, quiet, clean, comfortable ...the beds very comfy.... The bathrooms above average in size and clean.
The best part to me was that they are an extended stay hotel, they have maid service once a week, so no annoying knocks on the door asking if you need towels! You just bring dirty ones to receptionist and they give you clean ones!
LAUNDRY ROOM is FREE to guests... YES, FREE!!!
They have exercise room with a great set up of equipment that is fun to use because they have a flat screen TV to watch while you are on treadmill or elliptical.
The airport is only a $10.00 cab ride away.
And the beautiful parks in Idaho Falls are 5 mins away... A must see!

We were on our road trip from Canada to California and stayed overnight in Candlewood suite. After more than 16 hours drive we were so tired and the general manager happened to be there who treated us like VIP and a young guy at front desk was also very professional.
Room had all the amenities you can think of and price was great, wish our stay there was loger.
We highly recommend the hotel due to great service, professional staff and clean rooms.

We like to drive to Idaho Falls from Jackson every few months to get out of town, shop and go to the movies. This was our 3rd stay at the Candlewood. We originally choose this hotel on line only because they allow pets. We keep coming back because they allow our dog and are so nice! Everyone that we have encountered has always been pleasant and happy. Candlewood must treat the employees well because it shows that they enjoy being there. Kudos to all and we look forward to coming back next month.
