While not the worse we've ever stayed at, this facility wasn't among our preferred; disappointing since it was a Best Western. It was an older property and was very bland from the exterior. We had, months ago, requested a second floor room, but were told, around 5 p.m., that all those rooms were already taken. Our room was accessed off a very unattractive enclosed corridor and was directly opposite a exit door to outside as well as at the foot of the stairs to the second floor.
The room was satisfactory overall. However, the floor/ceiling was very creaky . . . one could hear loud squeaks from guests' movements overhead. And the water system was very noisy.
Breakfast consisted of exclusively cold items -- English muffins, cereal, cut fruit, o.j./apple juice. Ooops, there were biscuits and gravy -- yum . . . not. The serving area was extremely cramped and there wasn't much seating. We opted out and paid for our breakfast at the Burger King just down the road from the hotel.
Overall, if you are traveling on to Grand Teton National Park, this Best Western may be the best in the West for a night's stay.
