This hotel was booked based on the reviews. Yes the room was clean but when we pulled back the sheets (this is the first thing I do when I stay at a hotel) there were little black and grey beetles in the sheets and under the mattress pad. Not bed bugs! but they creeped me out anyway. The bed was comfy but I couldn't sleep. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served to the other folks but the steak and eggs was not great. No milk left, no ketchup - greasy, runny eggs, sliced up beef with some kind of sauce on it, a few hashbrowns with some old pieces of cut up bacon in it. I didn't eat it the second morning. The gentleman at the front desk was great and very informative. Wireless was out, and no phones working in the room, a very cheesy looking motel on the outside and not a great part of town but yes the rooms were clean. 129.00 a night - way too expensive after staying at a super 8 and a travel lodge for 80.00 a night in Kalispell and Spokane (both had breakfast included; one cold and one hot). A bit of a walk to downtown area and the beach. You couldn't possibly walk it with small children. Bates Motel across the street (yes with the Bates Motel Sign) .
