We arrived tired and very late at night, nearly midnight, and needed a room just to collapse until getting on the road the next morning. The night clerk not only gave us a great bargain, but she didn't skimp on the room at all. It was immaculate and the air conditioning cooled us off right away. We were traveling with furniture, and she offered to let us truck our vehicle for the night in the front, right in sight of the security camera, and mentioned she'd be on the desk as well to watch out for us. Very, very pleasant experience, and we would definitely be back. Oh, and the towels were wonderful, not like hotel towels usually are. Great coverlet, too. We felt like we were at home :)

Some of my belongings were stolen by housekeeping. Management promised to investigate the matter, but they haven't returned my calls, emails, or faxes. I've opened a dialog with my lawyer regarding possible courses of action.

I have stayed in a few Shilo Inns now and they are all very nice and pretty standard as far as accessibility is concerned. I am in a power wheelchair and a lot of hotels are very difficult to stay in. My only suggestion is that they have sturdier shower stools in the roll-in showers. Also the continental breakfast was a bit on the skimpy side at this Shilo, the others had more options. When the rooms are accessible it makes my away-from-home time more enjoyable. Thanks for a great room!

We liked the Shilo Inn in Boise so much, we decided to stop here on our way back through town. It was the perfect location for us, near Boise State Football Stadium and close to the airport. The rooms were spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. The pool was warm and clean. The only negatives were the laundry and breakfast. There is only one washer and dryer on each floor and the one on our floor was broken. The breakfast wasn't really worth getting up for and was pretty much gone by 9:00 am. However, the staff couldn't have been nicer and without hesitation we would recommend the Shilo Inn.
