First, the good: excellent location near lots of restaurants, mall. Probably better than the average Days Inn, cheaper than similar hotels in the area, clean.
The Bad: LOUD AC unit that cycled on and off all night long, mustiness that left my pillow damp all night
The Ugly: Roach in the room!
No gym in the hotel, but free access to fitness center (a ways) down the street. Free USA Today, wireless.

Not a bad place. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast, while perhaps not what one would call "deluxe", was decent--cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. Friendly staff and all that. Beds a bit on the firm side. Pool designed more for wading or looking at than for actual swimming. "Gym" is four exercise machines in a converted room.
Clean, well-maintained economy motel in a good fairly quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping nearby. "Suites" are single rooms with an archway near the front, not two rooms. The continental breakfast is also basic - not "deluxe". Overall, better than the typical Days Inn.
