I booked a king size room at the Wingate on August 31st because I was too tired to drive back home after a full day of activities with the in-laws. I did a late check-in at 9:30pm and I knew that check out time was 11am. Everything was superb until the next morning. I mean the front desk experience was great and my room expectations were meet. I put a do not disturb sign on my door so I will not be disturb!!! I didn’t unpack much and all I had to do was take a quick shower and leave in the morning. SO TELL ME WHY HOUSEKEEPING KEPT KNOCKING ON MY DAMN DOOR STARTING AROUND 9AM!!!! I DIDN’T ANSWER BECAUSE I FIGURE SHE COULD READ!!!( SHE CAME BACK A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES) SO TELL ME WHY THIS CHICK TIRED TO OPEN MY DOOR AT 10:45!! THANKFUL I HAD THE DEADBOLT LOCK ON WHILE I WAS GETTING DRESSED!! I TRAVEL A LOT AND I NEVER HAD ANYTHING HAPPEN LIKE THIS BEFORE.

I was so mad and my husband is so laid back, he checked us out at the front desk. I would have let them have it! We could have been having sex or something.

Location wise for Warner Robins a little bit out of the way. Room was clean, staff friendly, no issues. Restaurants 5 min drive away.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the guest room. We had two queen beds and there was plenty of room and extra space. The flat screen television mounted on the wall was nice as well. There was a microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom is small, typical hotel layout. The hot tub/spa was out of order, but I wouldn't have used it anyway. The location is good for shopping and eating. It was about a 20 minute drive to the base. The breakfast selection was continental with waffles and the muffins were stale and coffee was not hot.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very large - bed was VERY comfy! Fresh cookies baked daily - yummy!
