This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Warner Robins. The 1st room I was given wasn't cleaned & the door was broken. I was upgraded to a suite, but I felt like I was in the "tales from the crypt". Roaches everywhere. I won't stay there again.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the customer service I received from the
moment I arrived. Every staff member was so friendly and willing to help. The
ladies at the breakfast room were outstanding. I have stayed at several hotels
in that area for the last 4 years and this was my first time at Country Inn and
I will request to be lodged at this hotel again. I enjoyed arriving from work
every day and being welcomed back by the ladies at the front desk!

Pretty much your typical Country Inn & Suites. Bed was OK, decor was country, standard bath (thin, threadbare towels). Hotel was clean. Just not exceptional. We had a King Suite w/seperate bedroom. We paid $108/nt for the "Road Warrior" package. This got us 2 bottles of water, 2 snacks and a $10 gas card upon check-in--NOT PER NIGHT. So we paid an extra $3 a night. Would have been a killer deal if we only stayed one night!

The neighborhood was nice w/lots of new stores & restaurants around. Had a safe upscale office/residential feel to it. I wouldn't have minded walking to businesses within a couple of blocks even after dark.

The breakfast was nice (sausage gravy, sausage or bacon, wafflemaker plus the usual continental choices) but was replenished slowly the Sunday morning we were there (very busy!). They had darn good gravy for a hotel, but they were out of biscuits both Sunday & Monday!! That was a disappointment! On their website they noted that their pool had been closed the week before, but when I called and checked on it I was told that the health inspector was supposed to review it on Thursday for proper repair and that they thought it should be open after that. We checked in late Saturday night--pool still closed. My 7yo son was greatly disappointed.

So, except for a lack of biscuits and an indoor pool, this was a pretty solid choice for us.

Country Inn & Suites are always my first choice when traveling between locations. Rooms are always clean the service is excellent breakfast very good and price is most fair
