My client stayed at this hotel and received over 90 bed bug bites. She was rushed to the emergency room in the middle of the night after having an allergic reaction to the bug bites.

Found the rooms to be comfortable and decently appointed. Staff was friendly. A two story hotel with no elevator. May be a problem for some but not for me. Free breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Parking lot is a bit small. Hotel sits back behind a car wash and a restaurant and next to a car dealership. No issues though, just thought I'd point that out.

We travel to this area from time to time and always stay here.

It's a nice, clean hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff. This Comfort Inn is located on the main drag in the heart of Vidalia, convenient to everything in the area.

Our room was spacious, very clean and attractively decorated. The hotel in general appears to be updated and well cared for.

Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, waffles and the other breakfast foods.

This hotel has a heated indoor pool, which I have enjoyed in the past, but not on this trip. I didn't go into the pool area, so I really can't say if the pool has been maintained as it has in the past.

My only "complaint" is about the hard mattresses that seem to be in all the Comfort Inns, but maybe that's just me... My husband found the bed comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel once in 2008 and even then it was HORRIBLE. The front desk staff was completely unprofessional and the hotel amenities were beyond dirty. I decided to give it another chance since it had been 2 years, but much to my dismay it was still the same rat trap it was the first time. Dont waste your time or money on a filthy hotel with such horrible unfriendly service. I hope someone can buy this hotel and turn it around!
