I stayed at the Days Inn in Valdosta in January, 2012. After leaving, I discovered that I had lost a gold ring my wife had made from me some years ago. Apart from its normal value, it was a very sentimental piece, as she had the jeweller set her original engagement diamond into the ring. I was devastated to have lost it. I called back about 4 hours after leaving and spoke with David, who took my number and said he'd call back. About 20 minutes later, David called and reported that the housekeeping staff had found my ring and that he would send it back to me at home. I got my ring back 2 days later. David and Lauren, who both work the front desk went out of their way to contact UPS and make sure my ring was securely packaged, insured and shipped back to me. I am very grateful for the entire staff's courtesy and honesty. The room was clean and well-maintained. The room price was very reasonable.
