If you book through Priceline and need a double bed get ready to pay extra.
Travel several times a month throughout the US and 95% of the hotels give double beds and it is the king size beds that are special requests and usually sold out.
Even though we checked in after 10pm and were leaving at 7am the manager insisted that we either pay additional money or go somewhere else with no refund.
Nice customer service.
Hotel is 3/4 empty tonight. My view is of the parking lot so easy to see that.
Not a professional way to do business.
They advertise a lounge, but there is none.
I will never be back to this location.
Priceline is my next call.

the hotel was new. pets are all on the 5th floor!!!! some ofhe carpets were stained and for a new hotel this is rather disgusting. They advised because of allergies etc. the pets were situated on the 5th floor!!!!Although a lovely hotel and grounds I would not stay in this hotel again.

The decor and staff met expectations of a 3 star hotel in the Wyndham family. However, the room was dirty, not vacuumed well, black mold in the tub, stains on the carpet.
The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not well stocked and several people were still coming through to eat.
Overall, if the staff were held accountable, I am sure that this hotel would have met expectations.

I stopped here overnight on my way to Florida at Thanksgiving. Because I was early and wanted a room on the top floor, I was upgraded to quite a large corner suite, nicely furnished and appointed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and recommended a steak place for dinner, which turned out to be excellent. I was a bit disappointed that the "full service lounge" promised on their billboards turned out not to exist any more. They are in the process of converting to a Fairfield Inn - which would have kept me from stopping at all, and which means that I won't be staying in this property again (too many small children at most Fairfields for my taste). But this stay was fine.
