The Ocean Plaza Beach Resort has the usual feel of a beach hotel property. While it's certainly not a luxury property, I certainly felt comfortable in my room. Parts of the property felt pretty old, but that's pretty much a given. The price was good and the location is nice, but if you are looking for little details you probably won't find it. For example, there is an in-room coffee maker, but my room lacked coffee cups. I'd stay here again.

It's not the ritz, but your not paying for the ritz. If you want fancy, Tybee probably isn't the place for you to begin with :). The room was clean and of good size The plumbing may be a little old,a s it can be clearly heard from neighboring rooms. We stayed in a King Inland room and it was very affordable. They do have rooms that overlook the ocean if interested, but we prefer to walk onto the beach so that was not important to us enough to spend another $30 a night. The staff was very friendly and was helpful in finding an employee who would jump our car since the battery was dead when we went to leave. I would definitely stay here again for a short trip.

Best hotel to be on the beach. Near the pier. Get a balcony facing the sea and watch the sun come up.

Regular hotel, good service at front desk and Best included breakfast buffet! The bathroom was good and clean. If you stay here it has to be on an ocean front room or your view will be to the parking lot. Overall it was good nothing fancy.
