“Very Disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 August 2011

Our stay was not the best. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on at all hours of the night. Pictures on the website very deceiving. Rooms are supposed to be suites with sitting area and bed area. Our sitting area did not have a pull out couch as described. Rather had a cot. Pool area not anywhere near as nice as the pictures depict. The pool is tiny - not even as big as a hot tub. We couldn't swim (much to my children's dismay) due to the water being dirty and having a layer of oil/scum on top. Will not stay at this location again.

“Home away from home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 July 2011

I visited the comfort suites acquiring some information about holding a family reunion for the up and coming year. I spoke to both the sales manager and operations manager upon touring the hotel. I felt as if I was touring the white house. They both greeted me at the front door for our appointment and had all information ready! I'm all about order and preparation! So this was great! Needless to say I was ready to sign the contract and get the ball rolling. I stayed a night at the hotel just to get a feel of what my family and guest would
experience here. I loved it! Rooms were very clean. Fresh smell on
both floors and rooms. Front desk
had the best customer service I
have received in a long time. I was
greeted even when just went to my
car to get something. Amazing. I
was very comfortable and felt like
this was a home away from home. The night of my stay they held a reception where the general manager was meeting and greeting with EVERYONE! I have never seen this done. Even after hours the management still dedicated there time and energy in making sure us guest are happy!

“Bad to the bone”

Stayed for an extended time and it appeared there was either a brothel or drugs being sold daily. I stayed as a Choice Hotel club member and was refused my points and when a complaint was lodged, both corporate and this location were long on form letters and short on results. Never again will I stay at a Choice hotel brand property.

“Exceed My Expectations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 April 2011

I come to Atlanta 2 - 3 times per year on business and stay for 5 - 7 weeks. The last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Suites in Tucker, GA. At the onset, I admit I am extremely "picky" with an eye for value and service. I have received both at this hotel. I am so impressed with the hotel staff (have noticed very little turnover), the cleanliness of the hotel, the upscale linen, and the excellent customer service attitude that is ever present (from the maid to the owner). Each time I walk into the lobby, I am greeted by name by a smailing desk clerk. I do not give undeserved compliments and do not make unfounded referrals. However, I highly recommend this hotel and plan to continue to make it my hotel (home) of choice when I am in Atlanta.
