My wife and i were traveling to Stockbridge for a suprise birthday party for a friend that turned 70. I selected the hotel baised on the hotels website and the reviews.
We always travel with our small dog, and found that the hotel was pet friendly. We both smoke, but we dont mind stepping outside to do this..
We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk when we arrived, and found out that we could upgrade to a suite for a very few dollars more.
The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. our suite was large and met all of our expectations.
i am a retired Law Enforcement Officer, and very security minded. We went outside to walk our dog and smoke, and the grounds were very well lit. I smokers outpost was near the front doors and under the carport of the entrance.
We have never felt so welcome in a Hotel. The staff was wonderful, and always very friendly. We stayed 2 nights, and we will be back......I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be looking for sleep inn's in our future travels..

We've stayed here on 3 occasions traveling up north. The hotel check-in employees are so courteous and now know us by face upon check-in. The rooms have always been exceptionally clean and the beds & pillows very comfortable. The only negative is their breakfast. If only they'd have a waffle maker instead of heated waffles it would be more appealing. Otherwise, coffee, juices, cereals, bananas, apples, oranges, bagels, pkg'd muffins and toast is about all they serve. However, I'm not there for the breakfast, only a clean and friendly atmosphere with exceptional service and location. I'd rank it 9 out of 10 due to limited breakfast items. Plus, we just booked again for May 2010 on our way up north.
Senior rate: $54.99 Reg rate: $59.99 plus taxes. Not a bad price for such a great place.

We came up from Orlando to a softball tournament and brought 4 teams with us which meant that we had over 30 rooms booked at this hotel. GA had terrible storms that entire weekend and the tournament never took place. Susan, the hotel manager, was awesome! She went above and beyond to take care of our organization. Believe me, we had families (kids) everywhere and she was gracious and really made a bad situation better. Very nice, modern, clean rooms. Well worth the money.
