My experience at Crestwood Suites was excellent. The Front Desk staff was so pleasant and respectful. They were very helpful and very friendly. My room was very clean and was ready for check-in when I arrived. Thank You Crestwood for a very wonderful stay. I will definately stay there again!!!!!

Checked in on Monday, Suprised by the small kitchen area and undercounter fridge. So much for apt sized kitchen in their ads. only 1 chair in eating area. No romm for food in the only cabinet since there were no shelves. Smallest bar of soap in the lav I have ever seen.I didn't know they made them that small! I have been listening to Rap music every night for the past 5 nights thanks to the paper thin walls with no insulation. My wife called the front desk to complain, but I'm still listening to that crap. Last night the man in the next room's snoring woke my wife up. (thin walls). Housekeeping was supposed to bring me clean towels on Tuesday, but didn't. Housekeeping was supposed to service my room on Wednesday, but didn't. When I complained to the front desk, they told me my room had been serviced. When I assured them it hadn't, the story changed to "There was a do not disturb sign on my door". That excuse seemed pretty lame to me, since someone would have had to put one on my door after I went to work, then taken it off before I returned. My refrigerator will not freeze the bottle of water that I put in there on Monday. The coffee maker had some black gunk in the water reservoir, I had to have it replaced, luckily I looked in there before I used it.

Relocation to the area and staying here. Rooms are small and filty. Internet service is so bad I bought a 4G card. Had to ask for clean sheets and towels. If my company didn't prepay for the month I would have moved the first night. The positive reviews here must have been submitted by the owners. It took me 3 mins to get this site to download just to write this review. STAY AWAY!!! If you have kids there is no playground equipment, basketball hoops, nothing. Dirty Dirty.

I was needing a place with a decent weekly rate when I first moved to Atlanta. I spent the first night in the Red Roof Inn in Norcross on Brook Hollow Parkway, and it was a HORRIBLE place (see my review on it).

The Crestwood was actually the same price as the dreadful RRI when you get there and talk to the desk clerk, as opposed to the website and call center which wanted $60/night. The location works in this place's favor, as I felt very safe while here. There are plenty of people running around making noise throughout the place, however none of them were menacing and if you mind your own business it really won't bother you. I could hear the two men in the adjacent room through the connecting doors clear as day, but they weren't being obnoxious and they quieted down after 9:00.

The room was clean, although I did pitch the bedspread aside as I know it was probably rarely washed. The only real flaw I found was the leather(ish) armchair was quite worn, but the rest of the furniture was perfectly acceptable and everything was in good working order. The kitchenette had flatware and dishes, and they were all clean. The bathroom was basic, but also clean.

The desk clerk put me on the first floor which she said was the quietest. I did not believe her at first, but it turns out this is weirdly true! I was awakened around midnight by someone in the room above me dropping elephants on the floor, but I grabbed the ironing board and banged it on the ceiling and the noise stopped!

Long story short; don't expect magic here, the service is not really there, but it was clean and safe for me. I did not feel like my BMW was going to be bothered out in the parking lot either. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the linens were clean. The a/c was more than sufficient and the cable TV was comprehensive. The wi-fi worked very well too. I would stay here again if necessary.
