This hotel was easy to locate and within easy access of Marta and other attractions, However, it was horrible. Reservation was wrong, and could not be remedied as the hotel was "booked up". We decided this was okay. When we asked the 'registration clerk' how to get to Marta, she 'had no clue'. After asking our waiter at a local restaurant, he was able to tell us exactly how to get to the station from our hotel. We asked again after lunch and were told by the 'afternoon' clerk the same thing, "no, I don't use Marta so I don't know where it is". The ice maker ran all night and could not be turned off--teh bucket had already overflowed into the freezer....the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in, and the TV remote didn't work. The walls were paper-thin; we were able to hear our neighbors when they got up at 4:00 a.m. You could hear the showers and the people dropping things in them all morning. There was not adequate parking, even though everyone we talked with said they were in the same vehicles (i.e. 1 per room). Our comment card was put in the trash bag in front of us as we stood there. A really bad experience, and I won't be staying Marriott for a long time.
