Did some shopping around Roswell for the lowest price, and this was it. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and updated, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was prompt and courteous. The location was easy to find, near a major roadway, but very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Many problems arose-but excellent cust service by front desk did fix in a timely manner---older hotel-housekeeping services awful---towels not replaced, room not made up etc--price is terrific--ok for travel if on a tight budget----

The parking is very strange; the motel is behind a Red Lobster. The drive and entrance is up a hill, and you have to park in the lot below; the lot does not look all that secure. The lobby is drab, and service not exactly polished. There is a breakfast area that needs serious renovation. The rooms are on long hallways, and each room has the sign "La Quinta", in case you forgot where you were. The rooms have the old card keys with the holes. The doors are mounted crooked. Kind of a dump.

We had pre-paid for two nights relying on TA positive-ish comments. On arrival we were met with numerous booze carrying types with dogs. We were told to come back at 4-00pm as the room was not ready, I used the lobby restroom only to find the floor covered in vomit. After check in the room key would not work, a trip to unapologetic reception cured this. The room was at best grubby with the bed covers equally dirty. No coffee making equipment. There were no towels both nights, again rectified by a dismissive receptionist who handed over thread bare but clean towels. Breakfast was basic and included watered down orange juice. We would have vacated this hotel if we had not pre-paid. Remember when booking this hotel, in this life you get what you pay for.
