Arrived here for a 10 night stay. Had reserved one of their their best class of rooms. Got the to find the room was obviously a smoking room and a I had requested non-smoking. Went downstairs to deal with and of course had to downgrade to a smaller room. Went to that room and .... it was occupied. Back down to the front desk and got another room which was ok. You do, after all, get what you pay for, and this is a very inexpensive hotel. Had received promises that the larger/better room (non-smoking) would be available the next day. After a day of work, I returned, and indeed the better room was available. Much nicer (refer, microwave, couch, etc). But I must say, the staff was very, very, apologetic and accommodating about the screwup. So it is still a very inexpensive hotel, but the attitude of the staff has certainly helped. Breakfast is pretty blah (again, what do you expect for $50/night).
