Check in was fast. The clerk was courteous and friendly. The property is outdated - room keys are punched cards. Upon arrival in the room, we found it odd that the window was open. The bathtub finish was chipped and the room lighting was dim. On the hanging ironing board, there was a dead insect wedged between the legs. We left for a few hours and upon return to the parking lot could smell marijuana from the windows of rooms above. During late night television viewing, a ROACH crawled up the wall - not a welcome visitor. We survived the night and the next morning the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10:30 to find out when we were leaving (checkout is noon). Even though this hotel is conveniently located and budget priced, I would HIGHLY recommend spending a few extra dollars and staying at another property.
