“A clean, basic hotel for an overnight stay”

We stayed overnight at this hotel on a Friday night after attending an athletic event in a nearby town. The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel is very basic, but it is fine for an overnight stay. There was a microwave and refrigerator in our room. Plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. There are no restaurants very close by, but a few miles away there are plenty of places to eat. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. This hotel is a good value.

“Clean and quiet.”

Found this very nice room at the end of a very bad day. No restaurants or stores close by, and you can forget the breakfast. Still a nice quiet place.

“Very nice motel-great experience!”

I was in Rome GA for several weeks with a small group of co-workers and needed short term lodgings. After a HORRIBLE experience at another motel in town, we lucked upon America's Best. Needless to say, we quickly recommended the motel to our other co- workers and we ended up using the facility for the duration of our 13 week stay-approximately 6 weeks. The rooms are clean and spacious, the towels and beds arranged nicely. They all have a fridge, microwave, alarm clock, ironing board, and iron by request. It is convenient to downtown Rome and surrounding towns and although the eating establishments are few (Hardees and a pizza place in the immediate vicinity), it is less than 10 minutes from every restaurant chain imaginable. There is a BP station adjacent to the property and it has the usual convenience store food items. The manager and his wife were WONDERFUL hosts and made us feel at home-accommodating our odd check in hours and they did everything possible to assign us the same rooms upon every check in. I can't say enough about how I appreciated their service. If ever in the Rome area and you need a nice clean, quiet, friendly, and convenient place to stay-this is it.

I traveled with teammates and several of us left stuff at the Inn. The owners were happy to send us all our stuff free of charge. It was a great stay and the owners were very hospitable.

“One word "Great"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 April 2009

We just got back from a 5 night stay here and although the rooms are very basic they served as a great place to call home for a few days! The owner Kalpesh was just great and at our service at any hour day or night! The room was cleaned daily and all things were in order with the room! The location is just a few miles from the downtown area and there is a gas station/store basicly in the same parking lot that is open 24/7!
The owner made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and we even arrived one day early with no problems getting into our room at all!
The advantage this hotel carries is that is is independantly owned and operated which means the owner takes pride in his facilty and I think his family even lives above the office!
Great stay to visit family and I will call on them again in the future!!!
