From the time we called to make the reservation to the time we checked out the customer service was excellent. It was my first time staying in a Jameson Inn and I will most certainly do so again. The General Manager Christopher Darwin is amazing!

I was in town for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Kevin Snodgrass and stayed at the Jameson Inn. It was very clean and fancy, convenient to restaurants, reasonably priced, and the staff was VERY courteous and attentive. After arriving back at the hotel after surgery a member of the staff brought me extra pillows to prop me up in bed. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend this place if you are ever in Rome, GA.

I was forced to stop for two days in Rome, Georgia due to car trouble, and the Jameson is adjacent to the Toyota dealership. They gave me a discount for mentioning Toyota, stored my freezer items in the employee fridge, talked to my dog and helped me load my car. While the facilities are average for a hotel that accepts pets, they are nice and clean. The breakfast was typical for the genre. But the staff could not have been nicer, and that is why I wanted to turn in this review.

I’m very happy I chose this hotel to stay at for my family vacation. This hotel is nestled in a safe and quite area just minutes outside of downtowm Rome .We stayed for a week with a joining rooms , the rooms were clean and comfortable it felt like home .The pool was clean and safe for the kids .This Hotel is midway between Atlanta and many historical sites. The average drive time was about 30-40 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any request.
