We were on a road trip so picked this B&B to stop at overnight on our journey as we usually favor B&B's in order to experience the flavor of a town or city. The owner, Chris, bent over backwards to meet our travel and accommodation needs. When I walked into our charming room, I was tickled to see our very own Christmas tree as did not have time to set up one at our home this year. It meant alot to me. The linens on the awesome baroque queen bed in the Yancey Room blew us away as so expensive and lovely. Went to dinner at Harvest Moon which was super busy but fun. It was located downtown about a mile from B&B so we got to see the pretty Christmas lights and lots of smiley faces walking around. It felt so safe for a downtown area. The breakfast at the inn was great as we were allowed to select our foods the nite before from a very good selection on the menu. After breakfast, we continued on our road trip via going up, up, up into the Lookout Mountain area which was awesome for flatfooters from Florida. Thank you Chris for all the good memories.
