Upon pulling in the hotel looks a bit run down from the exterior. The check in area has obviously had the most updates, it's nice enough. We had a second floor room. It showed a lot of wear. There was a granite counter top in the sink area & in the shower. However, they almost looked like remnant pieces as they seemed not to be caulked correctly, which lead to a touch of mildew. Other than that the room was clean. I checked thoroughly for bugs, hairs, etc and found none. There is a good restaurant a few doors down, Steamers, for dinner. Breakfast was fine. Room was quite and the other guests were very nice. A good room for a one night pass thru on our way back home. Wouldn't stay much longer than that.
