My family and friends made reservations here for Downunder Horsemanship Jan 27-29. When we arrived we found that we'd been switched to "America's Best Inn" which the same people also own. Rooms were small and not clean. There was a pitiful breakfast and bad coffee. Reservation was back at HJ for Sunday. However, when we found the pool was cold and dirty-as was the hot tub, we cancelled our reservations. The manager was very nice about it, willingly gave our friends their cash back. However, I had a reward night, and my points were not returned per Wyndham Rewards. I had passed the deadline for cancellation. It was a reward not to stay here. With the place being run down and no pool-hot tub for 5 year old boy,teenagers and ourselves, I'm glad I moved on. This place has potential, but needs a major overhaul.
