My wife and I stayed here in mid-December 2011. I bid online and got a great price. It is an old building, but renovated. The rooms are large and clean. The staff members are friendly. The free breakfast was good, except for the packaged sausage biscuits that you heat up in the microwave. Coffee and orange juice are excellent. Good location, too, when traveling I-75.

One problem about this motel is room 114. The lock is broken and my luggage is in it. The front desk person tried to open it and was unsucessful. The housekeeper was unsuccessful also. The front desk person had to call the locksmith to come open the door. The locksmith said 45 minutes. The time of the day is 7:30 pm. Hopefully the locksmith arrives soon.this is going to be a long night. The front desk person did her very best to get the problem resolved.

Quite place that has been remodeled and is a value for a place to stay if you are traveling to or from Florida on Interstate 75. It has a decent breakfast with a USA Today.

An older motel that still needs some upgrades, but it was clean and the staff was very nice. We checked in late and was greeted at the front door by a man named Mike. Mike was also there the next morning taking care of the cont. breakfast, which II might add, was very good. Scrambled eggs, packaged biscuits and sausage, sweet rolls, and a few other items.
There are several motels in the Perry area, but for the money, this is one of the best. I am planning on staying there again on my return trip from FL.
