We found this motel to be very easy to find and granted us about the easiest access to the interstate that tired travelers could hope for. The rooms were average in quality and just what one would expect for the price. Use a coupon from the magazines found at rest stops and save $20. There are two other motels on this street and both looked clean and quiet. A Cracker Barrel is an easy walk up a small hill.

We were on a drive from Orlando to Atlanta, we needed a place to spend the night. This place was perfect. Friendly staff, bright, clean room. Everything we needed.

Tried this motel again this year. Last year we stopped here with extended family on our way to Florida. Upon check-in, we were told that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. We were upgraded to a suite because of this. Decided to try again this year and asked very specifically about the pool and hot tub when we made out reservations about a month in advance. We were assured that all was well. Called again early on day of check-in and was assured again that both pool and hot tub were ok, and that both were heated to correct temperature. NOT!! When we checked in, we were told that both had been hit my lightning and heaters were not working! Having read other reviews concerning this same problem over several months, it seems that the pool and hot tub are NEVER heated. Both were very COLD, not even warm, and the hot tub was dirty. Also, the refrigerator was not working in our room, and we were told that it could not be replaced that night. We had rented 3 rooms for 9 family members and all were very disappointed. Will not give them a third chance!

On our way to Florida we made reservations for a one night stay at this hotel. Thank goodness it was for no longer. We have been on the road all day when we arrived. Our "confirmed" reservation was for a suite with 2 queen beds and pullout sofa sleeper. We got to the room to find a king bed and pullout sofa sleep. We went to the desk to speak with the desk clerk (who was new) about the problem, unfortunately she was not able to offer much help since they were already booked up and her boss had not left a number for her to call with questions and problems. The poor girl was really embarrassed over the situation. I give her credit though, she kept on it until she got it resolved. Fortunate for us a cancellation occurred for a room we had requested and the major problem was resolved. Minor problems included no toilet paper in the room, no linen for the pullout sofa. The breakfast had a lot to be desired as well.
