We chose this Best Western inparticular because we are members of the Best Western Rewards Program and it was in a convenient location for our trip. We checked in with no trouble around dusk. We went directly to our room, the curtains were closed and the lamp was on. We decided to use the pool before going to dinner. We stayed at the pool for about 30 minutes, went to the room and changed and then headed out again. When we returned we were very tired and went directly to bed.
The next morning we opened the curtains to let the sun in and discovered all the furniture in the room was covered with MOLD. It was really unnoticeable the night before because of the lighting. So we spent the night breathing in mold. Several pictures were taken of the furniture. We contacted the front desk immediately, who then contacted the owner. His decision was to refund us 1/2 of our stay, without anyone seeing the room or the mold problem.
We ended up having to contact the county health department, who did inspect the hotel. But, of course they had time to clean up and no evidence was found of mold. Best Western Corporation did contact us to resolve the situation and only offered the remaining portion of the room stay. In our opinion the situation was not handled in a professional manner. Not one employee ever looked at the furniture. All decisions were based on what we were telling them and we felt like they just did not believe us. Take a look at the pictures before staying at this hotel.

Thank you for giving us a review, it is very much appreciated. Upon receipt of your review, the following actions were taken:
The Health Department inspected your room as well as 10 randoms that they picked also the lobby, pool, and other areas were they felt mold could not be hidden. There findings were that the hotel is mold FREE and the air quality was very good all the cleaning in the world will not help that.
However we are sorry that your room furniture was not very clean.This will end your relationship with the Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites in Perry Ga. Because of the yelling and harassment to other customer, and there complaints about you as well as the harassment to the young lady on the desk and continued deformation of character. Also you were discounted because the room should have been cleaned better that is the only reason. Also for your information even the health inspector commented on the fact that we did not clean the room!!!!!!!! Our hope for you is that your future stays at other Best Western Hotels will be wonderful. And again we are very sorry we failed to meet your expectations.
I hope that the next time you visit our area, you will once again choose to stay at BEST WESTERN Bradbury Inn & Suites. I think you will be greatly pleased.
