My company held a two day leaders conference at the Wyndham Hotel in Peachtree City. Many of us were apprehensive because of the location and just hadn't heard of the property so I went the day prior to scope the property and ensure that that could accommodate our "needy at times" culture! I met with Aparna Herrault on what I thought was a confirmed appointment. (Apparently our office didn't officially confirm the meeting). From that handshake, I knew we were in great hands! She gave me the "Ritz-Carlton" level tour of the facility and each area where our team will occupy during the next two days and I was just amazed! I guess I thought that "If we weren't downtown, we would only get sub-par service!" Boy was I wrong! The next day she came early to check us and at the end of the day she came and introduced Kevin - as the person that would take care of us that evening during our reception and drinks! Aparna ensured that we had everything we needed and gave me the sense that we were absolutely appreciated "As customers!" Simple concept I know, but in Atlanta- some service organizations come across as though you are disturbing their break-time! This is definitely a well-run property with exceptional team members! Cheers Aparna! You are simply the best!

We return to our former home of Peachtree City every summer for a brief visit and always stay at the Wyndham because of the great location, rates, and nice pool area, so it was a easy decision to once again stay there last week on a layover from Hawaii to Germany. Our flight arrived at 6 am and of course we had jet lag. Not sure that we would be able to check in to the hotel until late afternoon, we decided to ask. Cheri at reception checked us in immediately at 0830 and we were sleeping by 9! I've never known of a hotel that would allow such an early checkin and we were so grateful! Later we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the warm Georgia sun.

Being a Manager of a Wyndham property myself, I was disappointed. I was in town for a GM training with my husband and was sadly disappointed with the quality of the hotel room. First, if you drive too fast you will miss this property. Sign for the property is covered by shrubs until you are approximately 10 feet from the property. Beds in rooms were only doubles and impossible to sleep two people in one bed. Wireless internet would connect on occassion but would not stay connected for more than a few minutes. Same with the hardwire. Also could not get cell service unless I went outside. Outlet where everything was plugged into in the room was not working properly. When we looked at it the outlet had no cover on it and the giant hole had been covered by a 6 plug extension outlet. Porches on rooms are in need of a power wash and repaint on all railings. Bathrooms were poorly laid out and tv's need to be updated in all rooms. There were also stains on the bed skirting in room and carpets need to either be cleaned or replaced. At checkin we were not even informed of the hotel ameneties and did not know there was an indoor pool on property. We stayed for 30 minutes before checking out and staying at a Holiday Inn and Suites. Much better service there.

We had our wedding at Wyndham hotel in October 2011 and had excellent customer care the entire weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner, Ceremony, Reception and brunch the day after all at the hotel and for every event, we were treated with exceptional service. Ashley and Karen (the coordinators) went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and our guests were happy. The staff at the reception was amazing as well. We had about 75 rooms blocked from our wedding and the hotel staff was accomodating to all the guests. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone interested in having their wedding here. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for guests to enjoy as well.
