This location was pretty good. My only complaint was the breakfast and the occasional forgetfulness to provide ample towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was good maybe 50% of the time that I was there. If it were not for the reliable oatmeal in the crock pot I would have had to Waffle House often. Depending on the kitchen staff on duty on any particular day, the food may or may not be warm, and the eggs may or may not be watery. Otherwise, a comfortable and cozy place to stay. Good customer service. No dog smell when walking through the hallways. That's a miracle for a pet friendly facility. Oh...one more thing -- My door key did not work often. Even after maintenance came by and supposedly re-programmed the card sensor on the door. But that was in 2010. Hopefully they made replacements since then. Overall, worth the stay. I would stay again before anywhere else in Norcross.

As usual Residence inn does not dissapoint - this one at Norcross is in line with the others i visited in the past, very kind staff, "be at home" feeling, buffet breakfast..pleasant stay

I have chosen this one among other RI in Alpharetta area because of the WIFI in the room that was working perfectly others are Wireless in common areas and wired in the room.

Only one note my room needed some refurbishing, therefore most likely will stay there again

This Residence Inn has seen its years and its wears and tears are evident in its deco and room conditions. The price for a the stay is very reasonable. The biggest downside is its paper thin doors and walls... you practically hear everything next door and outside in the hallway. Was trying to catch some sleep but the coming and going and the banging of the doors kept me up until 1am. I cannot believe that a hotel situated in such a quiet environment can have so much noise.

Upon check -in was sent first to a room that was already occupied. Door to our building was defective and could easily be opened without a key. Poor safety. At breakfast time few items were ready at the starting time. Many hot items were actually cold. This was our second experience of very poor service at this property. We will avoid this hotel in the future.
