Go somewhere else!!! I made reservations online. The place sounded great. I ask for 2 rooms close to each other. Did Not happen. The 1st room we got the air was not on and it smelled awful. The room was not a nonsmoking room. The 2nd room we got was just about as bad, but still smelled of smoke. The website said pets were ok. When we arrived the signed said no pets!!! The carpet is stained. The bathtub has been painted to cover the mildew. Several lightbulds had to be replaced. The coffee maker had tissue in the water tank. The other room had lights out, no fridge or microwave like advertised. There was suppose to be breakfast served till 10. My daughter and I went at 8:30 there was nothing other than a large box of Raisin Bran with a cup in it to dip the cereal out of the box and not enough milk for one bowl much less two. There was a half eaten bagel laying on the counter near the box of cereal. This motel has a beautiful pool that my daughter and granddaughter was looking forward to playing in, but when we arrived it was storming. The motel clerk said the pool was closed at this time. I said because of the storm? He said no he was waiting on an inspector to inspect the pool. He said it might be open tomorrow. Well it never opened during our stay (2 nights). The other room was in poor condition also. You could see into the bathroom while standing in the room. the doorknob was loose and appeared to have been kicked in at some point. The towels were dull and hard to come by. My daughter ask for towels 3 times before she got 2 and a washcloth. This was one of the worst Super 8 motels I have ever seen. It was a Super Let Down. We also tried to connect to the Wi-Fi and it would not let us connect most of the time. My daughter went to the front desk to ask the clerk to try to reset it, but he said sorry I dont know how you will have to ask (and he pointed to a man sitting next to the pool talking on his cell phone). When we were trying to find the motel we got lost because the Super 8 sign was not lite up. How are you supposed to find the motel if you are coming in the dark??? Wow this is a bad motel...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights...everything seemed to be fine at check in, but the rooms were in desperate need of updating and remodeling...the towels were almost in shreds and there were used feminine hygiene products left in the bureau drawer, not collected by housekeeping. The floor was so dirty my feet were black after walking on it without socks and shoes. To make matters worse, housekeeping did not clean our room or bring us fresh towels. We had to go to the front desk ourselves the 2nd night at 8 pm after promising to receive service, but NEVER did!! Also, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, if all you're looking for is cold cereal and a prepackaged bagel, this is your place. Also, trash was stacked up all over the counter in the breakfast area because the attendant did not empty the trash. This was the worst hotel we have stayed at and the worst service we have ever received. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The cheaper rate is NOT worth it!!

My wife and I were traveling from Texas to N. Carolina. We usually stop in Norcross, Georgia as our first rest stop, and the hotel we usually stay in was full. I selected the Super 8 because it was very economical and quite new. We arrived late and it was a little strange checking in through the little "night window", but the elderly gentleman was friendly and I understand such security measures. We did not eat the buffet but it looked like a nice continental breakfast, but I did get a couple of cups of coffee to go and they were GREAT!

We left the next day and when we arrived in N. Carolina my wife noticed that she had left her Rolex Stainless and Gold watch. We called the hotel and Dave Patel, General Manager, took the call and inquired with the staff and informed us that he had found the watch. He then took the time to go to a FEDEX outlet and to package up the watch and he overnighted it to us. He refused to let me pay him a reward.

This watch was given to my wife approx 25 years ago, so it had great sentimental value, and frankly it could have been pawned off for thousands of dollars. Dave and his staff are a breath of fresh air in America. I do not know if they are native born Americans or not, but they embody EVERYTHING this country stands for, and I will stay at their Super8 each time we come through Georgia. Dave wouldn't accept a reward, but God will give him one nevertheless. Thank you Dave! Thank you staff!, The McMullens

My son and I was booked for only a one night stay and stayed for a whopping 16 days instead. The Manager was extremely helpful and courteous and catered to us in every way. Our nights were restful and peaceful and the compound was secured. No uneventful or unplanned events took place which made our stay more enjoyable and relaxing.

Thanks to Dave and his team for all of his service and we would come back anytime and make recommendations Keep up the good work!
