My companion and I stayed here overnight because after visiting with friends we were too tired to drive the 1.5 hours home. The hotel served it's purpose for us. The king bed was comfy, the rooms were clean and the heater gets very hot. We ended up having to turn it off. Each room has a fridge and microwave. Check out time is 11am but we ended up leaveing at 12noon and tipped the cleaning lady for being so patient.
The breakfast starts at 6am and ends at 10am(?). It consisted of donuts, waffles that you make yourself( the waffle mix is in a pre-measured cup, fresh fruit, coffee, OJ, milk, water, cereal, chilled boiled eggs, bagels and instant oatmeal.
There is a big screen TV in the breakfast lobby and free newspapers for your reading pleasure each morning. There are also plenty of restaurants across the street from the hotel should you miss breakfast.

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our three week vacation in Georgia, and it was probably the best. Great location, great staff, polite, courtious and extremely helpful.
Nothing too much trouble to help sort out and a thoroughyt enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend it. Many thanks to the manager for helping out when i had a problem cashing travellers cheques!!

I stayed here for three days in Mid-November and was very pleased with all aspects of my stay. I made my reservations through the Choice Hotels Website and when I arrived I was greeted by a very nice employee who made check in a breeze. After spending less than two minutes at the front desk, I had my key card and was in my room. My room was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable and well made. This hotel does not have wireless Internet in the rooms but does feature a wired connection in each room. You if you don’t have the cable the front desk will provide one without charge. The morning breakfast featured cereal, pastries, waffles, juice and coffee. The breakfast area was well attended and maintained throughout the advertised period. The house keeping staff was very accommodating to my schedule, and worked around their schedule to accommodate my needs. This hotel is located on Bullsboro Road just off of Interstate 85, but traffic noise was not a problem for me. There are also a large numbers of restaurants located near by. This was my third stay at this hotel and each time I found it quite satisfactory. Their customer service has been and still is well above average. Overall I intend to continue to stay here when I am in the Newnan area and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The room was hardly cleaned, dusty stale odor form the air conditioner. The breakfast was no more than donuts and cereal. The service was not very friendly and no one smiled. I think as a senior I would get more for my money.
