My husband came down to Georgia to help out with work and my and my 12 week old son came along so we could visit with friends. Our plane landed around 9:30 that night and got to the hotel around 11:15pm the outside looked very nice, but the inside is gross. The front desk closed at 11pm and we did not know that. We were lucky enough that 1 of the staff was just leaving and he helped us. What would of happened if no one was there, we were extremely tired from the flight and getting everything figured with the car rental. They do have a boxes in the entry way and they put your key in it if you come after 11pm, but ours were not in it, that's why we were lucky. Any ways once we got into our room I was shocked!!!!! The floor was dirty, dust everywhere, comforters/sheets did not look like they were washed, there were beer bottle caps in the tub. I had to throw my food away because I was so grossed out. I didn't go to sleep because I was very uncomfortable and so was my husband. The next day we immediatly checked out, they wouldn't give us a refund for that night but for rest of the nights we were going to stay (8 nights) also they only have a maid come in ONCE during the week???? Honestly whats up with that. Where do they put their money they get into? They have no pool, no ice machines, cleaning once a week??? We went to Sleep Inn and they were great!!!

I was very pleased with my stay at Extended Stay Atlanta-Morrow. The rooms were very spacious and the location is central to all restaurants, service stations and malls in this area. I was extremely pleased with the assistant manager Mr. William Robinson. He was the one who assisted me the most during my stay. I was visiting some relatives in the Morrow area which are mutual friends of his so they recommended this hotel to me and I will return for another stay. William was very attentive to my needs as well as others that arrived at the hotel. He was also very thorough in explaining times, procedures, and made special accomadations with requested such as: more towels, extra pillows and even suggested nice restaurants to dine at. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I have recommended it to others I know will be travel in the Atlanta Morrow area.
