This hotel is a gem. From the moment we pulled up to the door and step inside, I was blown away. I was sold upon entering the lobby. This particular choice was all due to my boyfriend and he did well. Because they had such a great presentation in the lobby, I was really hoping that the rooms lived up to my anticipation and excitement. The contemporary decor was designed perfectly and was even carried even into the rooms. Our room was VERY spacious, modern and clean. The ONLY reason the hotel as a whole will not receive a perfect score from me is that the menu selection needs a little work. I get the high end nature of the hotel however, there were not many choices. Maybe they were going for a minimalist feel with that. LOL. Anyway, we were hungry and tired and really did not want to have to go out to eat that night. We contemplated doing just that after seeing the menu selection and also after eating our meal. Instead we decided to eat good the next day. We did do breakfast there because once again we didn't want to leave just to get breakfast. It was a cold and rainy weekend. Again, there were no bells and whistles over that-just nourishment. The room service was good though. Besides the food at the hotel, I will be staying at this hotel again. We will just have to eat somewhere else before or after arrival. I recommend anyone in the area to give it a try. It is a great value for what you get in ambience and professional service.
