Stayed at the Hampton after a horrible experience at another chain hotel... the receptionist was amazing, checked us in a little early, showed us the room and made sure everything was perfect. Room was immaculate, bedding comfortable, everything worked well, tastefully decorated and QUIET... even though screaming child in room next door, could not hear it with door shut. Pool is a bit small but based on location, as big as they could make it. Price was not out of line, breakfast was awesome, breakfast staff even very helpful at 6am ;)

Again another wonder stay at the Hampton Inn, Marietta. The Front Desk staff plus the Housekeeping and Breakfast employees were exceptional-in their service. The Lobby has new design boards a "remodel is coming soon", but the service and condition of this property is exceptional. New guest room furniture, new fitness room, pool is being reworked-this Hampton Inn cares about their guest! Actually the value exceeds the price!

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn many, many times over the past 10 or 15 years but will probably go elsewhere the next time through Marietta. Although the furniture was in good condition and the room clean, it is long past time for a bathroom upgrade. Cracked tile, missing grout on the floor, older toilet that didn't flush well, dangerously slippery tub. The room was quiet and adequate for an overnight stay but that's all. We were disappointed.

This is an older Hampton Inn that has been well maintained. It's located right off I-75. The breakfast buffet was serviceable and available at the 6AM start time. As an aside, the young lady who was working the desk the night of my arrival was incredibly competent. There was a lot of lobby and phone activity, and she handled it all with great skill and professionalism. (It looked like she was the only desk person on duty at that time.)
