I rented rooms here for a large family wedding party. I should have picked up from the start something was wrong, because I was renting several rooms, yet the snotty girl at the front desk could care less and acted like it was a big pain for her to rent all these rooms. All the rooms rented by my family had maintenance issues, broken lamp fixtures, leaky plumbing, broken TV, locks not working properly, etc. Every employee I dealt with at the front desk was rude. When I spotted an Indian gentleman through the open door of an office, I was told he was one of the owners. I requested to speak with him, and he shut the door in my face! Not suprisingly, there is an employee morale problem. The property is run down and in need of a major renovation. The breakfast was ok but nothing like at other Hampton Inns. I wrote a lengthy letter of complaint to Hilton and was refunded the first night's stay for each room I rented. Avoid this place!
