My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel. We originally had plans to stay elsewhere, but it was getting too late, and we were exhausted from driving. We found this coupon for Crestwood and decided to give it a try. Upon arriving, the front desk associate was sooo helpful! He really knew how to put a smile on our faces. If there is someone that knows what customer service is, its certainly Him! He was very accomodating, and everything we needed was quickly taken care of for us. In fact, even the next day, the staff on duty then were so pleasant and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! These associates really make you feel at home!

My husband left his camera in the nightstand drawer and when I call to see if it had been found before I could even finish telling Summer who I was and what I wanted, she said she had my husbands camera and was trying to find a number to contact us. This was a very expensive camera and brand new so I was very excited to be able to get it back. I fully exxpected not to get it back. I would like Thank Summer and the team for their honesty.

The location is a little out of the way, but it's worth it for how quiet it was. Check-in was quick and the front desk was always helpful when we had questions. Very easy to go down the road to pick up groceries, or hop on the interstate. The room was a little smaller than expected, but overall had exactly what we needed and was very clean. We were stocked with more towels than we even knew what to do with, which was a nice change from most hotels. One complaint is that every time someone in a room around/above ours opened/closed their door, we could hear it very clearly and since the bed was against the wall, if you were lying in the bed you could feel the vibrations. The only complaint my husband had was the lack of a pool (for exercising) and he wasn't crazy about the exercise room that was available. Overall, a very nice stay, especially for the price.

After reading the reviews saying how clean and great this motel is, I cannot disagree more., My room was seedy, the towels did not look clean, the mattress was sagging and old and the lamps on the wall were loose..
The volume on the television is not clear and the sound goes in and out.
The most horrible experience was lifting the covers to get into bed when a big black spider dame running across the bed. I am going to sit up all night. I don't trust the spider or this room. I am very sorry I stayed here.
