First id like to highlight the positive. All of the staff members were friendly and the place was clean. The bathroom had a good design with a makeup mirror separate from bathroom but that is it. The floor we were on had a horrible smell (although it was a smoking floor as my travel companion was a smoker), the ice machine on our floor and floor above us was broken, the tv was small and old, the sink was broken and would hardly drain, the tv was messed up and we had like 5 channels and no networks, the bed was hard, and there were no ashtrays in a smoking room. What was supposed to be a restful nights sleep was complicated. Don't know I would return.

The room we reserved didn't exist in the hotel. No coffee in room, no hot breakfast (cook out?), no water or hand sanitizer in workout room, broken equipment, under staffed, AC broken in room - hot always even after maintenance checked it. This is not the quality of a Choice Hotel let alone a Clarion Hotel!

I had a large quiet hotel room with a comfortable bed. Even though this hotel is next to the interstate, there was neither traffic noise nor air conditioner noise. That's about all the good. The parking lot was poorly maintained and dimly lit. The TV was not only not HD, it was not even flat screen. It was a blurry old style TV. And the channels on the TV didn't match the guide on the nightstand. The vanity faucet leaked and made noise. The guide said that the restaurant was open for dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm. At 8:45, however, it was closed (if it ever opened) and a sign out front said it would open at 5 pm. The vending machine on my floor was completely empty. I had to find the staff person for the Starbucks breakfast stand, only to receive lukewarm coffee and a cold bagel in a bag. (only one packet of coffee in the room). The only food choice was a bagel or a croissant -- and they were overpriced. The morning paper was delivered to some rooms, but not mine. Charge for internet room access. Overall, the appearance of the hotel is what I would call tired and a bit seedy. I wouldn't even consider paying the rack rate for this hotel and can't recommend it.

I stayed here while attending a computer class and it met my demands Quiet spacious room with large window. I recieved free breakfast coupons for being military and the breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again in the future
