The first night I checked in the desk clerk put me in 314 a non smoking room, the room smelled like someone just got finish smoking two packs of cigarettes. it is suppose to be a smoke-free hotel, so how does that happen? I told the desk clerk and he switched my room to a room 205, that smelled better. The next night the toilet in 205 would not stop running and I told the desk clerk named Dana and she was a rude one. She sent me and my family to a different room 420. I got in there and the tv was broken(I thought, you've got to be kidding me). So I sent my wife down to talk to Dana, the rude desk clerk. My wife said that she was ready to leave the hotel but only if she could be refunded for that day. Dana informed her that there was no way possible that we could be refunded. So my wife requested that we be moved again. Not once did she apologize for our inconvenience, even though we had to pack our things and move us and our two small children four times. This has got to be my worst hotel experience ever.
