heater has one setting really really warm nothing else



our reservation was no good from online...so when we got there they changed us just like we came in the door and the next day they said they would have to find us another room and charged us 56 per room when online i paid 49

this hotel staff knew nothing...wanted to be ask nothing and when i road in the van all she did was go 85 mph and talk on her cell phone

I am single mother of one and I stayed at the Suburban hotel for about month when my mom was ill. I was given very good rates which actually motivated me to stay longer than i intended to. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help when needed. My room was also clean as I received very good housekeeping services. I also like the location because its close to several eating places, shopping centers, and 6 Flags. My 12 year old son loves 6 flags. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I'll recommend to my friends and family.

I booked this via kayak, which saved me some $$, by the way. Not a bad place really. Sheets and blanked were clean, has a stove and closet and bathroom that was clean as well.

I don't know what others have experienced, but it's not terrible. The walls need to be repainted cause of some scuffs and such, and it does have a sort of humid mustiness that went away when I turned on the air. I do smoke though, so that might influence my sense of smell a bit.

If you're needing a cheap place to stay for a week or so, this isn't bad.

This place is gross. It is so dirty in every way. Our room had two full size beds, with old, mis-matched, stained comforters that look like they came from salvation army. The carpet was so nasty I wouldn't let my kids take their shoes off. It smelled terrible, so much so that we couldn't get the "smell" off of us the next day without washing clothes and my daughters blanket. As far as extended stay...Our "kitchen" was a pile of useless miss-mosh. One plate, a couple of mugs, one bowl, only some utensiles. If you were trying to save money and eat meals here you couldn't, which may have been a blessing since it was so disgusting anyway. When I asked for more dishes they said they didn't have any more.
We had a reservation for 2 nights but chose not to stay the second night. Honestly we had gotten in so late that night and didn't know where else to go. Otherwise we wouln't have even stayed at all. The next day we checked in to the Country Inn down the road, and while it was twice the money, it was worth EVERY penny and then some. When we got to our new room we all sighed a huge sigh of relief...and then...we took our shoes off!
