This is right next to the interstate & close to probably a dozen other hotel choices.
With so manyto pick from, you'd think they would try harder to clean up this hotel.

The carpet was dirty, especially up close to the bed. One wall had pop or something sprayed all over it. I told the girl at the desk, she just stared at me like I was the one with a problem. She made no attempt to move me to another room. Maybe she knew that wouldn't help.

The tv had poor reception, she blamed that on the cable service. We wished we'd packed a deck of cards. The fridge & microwave & coffee pot all had to share 2 plug ins that were enclosed in some sort of wood box nailed on to the wall. Is Red Green their repairman? All that was missing was some duct tape... I could go on, but why.

In the morning, the desk clerk couldn't even find that I was staying there, the manager came & took my complaint. I was using points from choice hotels, he called them & refunded my points. I was going to stay 2 nights, but checked out & checked in at the Comfort Suites across the street, which is a NEW, CLEAN hotel. Good choice.

I booked this place because out was close to the Jacksonville port for the cruise we are going on. It's not the Hilton but for the price what do you expect? The roomis clean. Bathroom is fine other than the spicket on the tub looks like it could use some repair. Free wifi is cool but only if your close to the lobby. If your just passing through for one night it seems ok.

We checked in & took a fast look at the room.Nice girl at the front desk. Went to the bathroom
and found mold on the door. Then I notced fingerprints on the Mirror. Called the front desk
and she WROˇE it down. No offer to move or fix issue. Well that told us wrong place.
We went to the Comfort Suite & much better for only $10 a night more.

i recommend you read the reviews on this place and stay elsewhere. my arm stuck to the headboard because there was something sticky on it. the tub was utter disgust, so were the walls. the housekeeping here is just awful. the pool was not very clean the "hottub" was luke warm and didnt work. the breakfast attendant was nice and the bk was alright (too many breads and yeast products). i have nothing nice to say so i will now shut up, wish i would have listened to the reviews that's why they post them, right? ps. those pics are NOT current, our room looked nothing like that....

Room 141 has a wonderful and apparently new/oversized and comfortable king bed. Only good thing about this old, and in need of repair, hotel. Fairly clean Complimentary breakfast was good.

WiFi didn't work in our room

Ask for a room in the back for a quiet night.
