Like some other reviewers of this property, we also found this to be an ideal stopping point on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, the property has been allowed to deteriorate. Although the price is fairly reasonable, the level of cleanliness, the slow toilet and overall upkeep is not acceptable to us.

This is our third and last stop at this hotel.

In the future, we will plan our stopping point in advance so we can rely on the Trip Advisor reviews for our selection. I do appreciate your members taking the time to do a review.

I travel frequently, 1 or 2 weeks a month, and almost always stay at a Comfort Inn. This location is pitiful. The entire compound is run down. Outlets are worn and wont hold a plug, fixtures are coming loose from the walls, mold everywhere, the wall treatments are cracking and peeling off, the tub and sink are so worn they look dirty. The room had a smell, sort of grungy, probably from the humidity but that doesnt mean they shouldnt do something about it. I was charged a reduced rate because, get this, they had no hot water. No big deal for me, I was just passing through anyway. Still, even at the reduced rate I felt it was overpriced. Should have checked the reviews first instead of letting my office book the room for me. They have a history of poor reviews going back at least two years on this board and appear to have done little to correct anything. Go somewhere else.

Clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was a little above average, but closes at 9:00. Pretty courtyard with pool, but we weren't near it.
All the outlets were loose. Floor lamp wouldn't stay on & phone chargers wouldn't stay connected. Shower head was pulled away from the wall. Exterior door paint looks shabby.
Accepts pets.

This is right next to the interstate & close to probably a dozen other hotel choices.
With so manyto pick from, you'd think they would try harder to clean up this hotel.

The carpet was dirty, especially up close to the bed. One wall had pop or something sprayed all over it. I told the girl at the desk, she just stared at me like I was the one with a problem. She made no attempt to move me to another room. Maybe she knew that wouldn't help.

The tv had poor reception, she blamed that on the cable service. We wished we'd packed a deck of cards. The fridge & microwave & coffee pot all had to share 2 plug ins that were enclosed in some sort of wood box nailed on to the wall. Is Red Green their repairman? All that was missing was some duct tape... I could go on, but why.

In the morning, the desk clerk couldn't even find that I was staying there, the manager came & took my complaint. I was using points from choice hotels, he called them & refunded my points. I was going to stay 2 nights, but checked out & checked in at the Comfort Suites across the street, which is a NEW, CLEAN hotel. Good choice.
