Trip Advisor is probably the best friend to many hotels as well as their worst enemy. We travel frequently and I rely exclusively on trip advisor prior to making any plans or reservations. Most likely we would have passed "kingsland, ga" or would have stopped short and stayed in Savannah. However, based on reviews we planned our travel time to land us in Kingsland at an appropriate check in time. The reviews are spot on. The hotel has nice curb appeal and is an interior corridor inn. It is pet friendly which is so appreciated and a nonsmoking hotel which also is much appreciated. The grounds were clean so the first impression was a good one. When you enter the lobby there is lovely soft music playing and you are greeted by a very sweet desk clerk. Our room was very very nice. The furnishings are updated and have a clean, sleek upscale look. The room was SPOTLESS. I mean spotless. You can run your finger along the baseboard (I did) and comes up clean. We are so very concerned in this day and age regarding dirty accommodations and the possibility of bedbugs. Even in the finest establishments they can become an issue but I checked the National bedbug registry and this inn has not had any recent reports. The bedding and linens were clean, fresh and of decent quality. This inn will become our New GO TO place along I95 in this area. We travel from NY to Fla 3 times a year so it is a must for us to have clean, safe accommodations along the way. If this hotel was in a resort area or an area of interest I would expect to pay 189.00 to 249.00 a night for similiar accommodations. Enjoy, we did! suitcaseannie
