Due to a work demand, I needed to be at a business very close to his facility, so I chose it as a place for an overnight stay. This is a renovated property that at one time was another chain. And it has been renovated well. The room that I had was completely new: new carpet, new furniture, new TV. The room was immaculately clean. If you told me that it had never been occupied before, I would have believed it.
Despite being near a major traffic artery - about 1/4 mile - this hotel is a very quiet, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning effective so that sleep was easy and undisturbed. The property seemed very safe. I had no concerns for my security or that of my vehicle.
The water pressure was adeqate and the bathroom fixtures seemed to be all new in the room that I was assigned. The internet was acceptably fast and easy to access. There is a continental breakfast but I did not use it so I can't comment on it.
The price was definitely in the mid-price range, perhaps a little high for both the area and the facility, but there are few other options nearby. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. One odd thing: while I was waiting to check in, a gentleman and his family were in front of me. They were traveling and apparently stopped without a reservation. That was not a problem but when they tried to pay in cash, the clerk didn't want to accept it. She insisted that they pay a $50 refundable deposit if they paid in cash. When the gentleman refused, she insisted that he leave his driver's license with her until he checked out. The reason for this practice is both a mystery to me, and certainly very strange and disturbing. So if you don't use credit cards, you may wish to select another facility.
Other than that, this is a nice place to stay.
